Section 2: Definitions

the Ajmer Development Authority Appellate Tribunal Rules, 2023State Rules of Rajasthan · 2013

(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, -

(a) 'Act’' means the Ajmer Development Authority Act, 2013 (Act No 39 of 2013);

(b) 'Authority’ means Ajmer Development Authority established under section 3 of the Act;

(c) ‘From’ means from appended to these rules:

(d) “Section” means section of the Act: and (¢) Tribunal’ means the Ajmer Development Authority Appellate Tribunal constituted under sub-section (1) of section 77 of the Act;

(2) Words and expressions used but not defined in these rules shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Act.
