Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Rajasthan Animals & Birds Sacrifice ( Prohibition ) Act,1975State Act of Rajasthan · Act 21 of 1975

(1) This Act shall be called the Rajasthan Animals and Birds Sacrifice (Prohibition) Act, 1975.

(2) It shall extend to whole of the State of Rajasthan.

(3) It shall come into force on such date* as the State Government, may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
