Section 16: Election of President and Vice-President

The Rajasthan Ayurved Nursing Council Rules, 2018State Rules of Rajasthan · 2012

(1) The election of the President and Vice-President shall be held by ballots taken in such manner as the Returning officer as may determine.

(2) The Returning officer shall not exercise any vote in the election. In the case of equality of vote, the result shall be declared by drawing of lot in the manner in which the Returning Officer may think proper.
