For the purpose of the election to the offices of the President, Vice-President and members, the State Government shall appoint any officer of the Rajasthan Administrative Service as a Returning Officer. The Returning Officer shall be appointed not later than sixty days before the completion of the term of existing, President, Vice-President and members.
