Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the University shall be bound to comply all the rules, regulations, norms etc. of the regulating bodies and provide all 61 Hkkx 4¼d½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] vizsy 21] 2008 15¼61½ such facilities and assistance to such bodies as are required by them to discharge their duties and carry out their functions.
