In section 25 of the principal Act, for the expression "If any holder of Bhoodan lend commits a breach of any of the - conditions from (a) to (e) in section 24, the expression "Subject , to the provisions contained in sub-section (2) -of section 24, if any holder of Bhoodan land commits a breach of any of the conditions specified in clauses (a) to (e) of sub-section (1) of that section" shall be substituted.
