Section 1: Short title

The Rajasthan Boilers Rules,1954State Rules of Rajasthan · 1923

These rules may be called the Rajasthan Boilers Rules, 1954.

These shall come into force with immediate effect.

@[1A. Extension to Abu, Ajmer and Sunel area. - These rules shall also extend to Abu, Ajmer and Sunel area on and from the 1-3-1960 and as from that date, the corresponding rule in force in such area shall be repealed.]
