Section 3: Payment of fees

All fees, payable under the Act or any regulation or rule framed thereunder, shall be deposited by the payer in a Government treasury under the head *[0230-Labour & Employment, 103-Fees for Inspection of Steam Boilers. ] An application under Section 7 or Section 8 to which the treasury receipt obtained on payment of the prescribed fee is attached shall be deemed to be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
