Section 34: Issue of certificates and provisional order

The Rajasthan Boilers Rules,1954State Rules of Rajasthan · 1923

##[The certificate shall be issued within the period specified in table given below from the date of completion of the inspection]. Where he proposes to issue an provisional order the inspector must satisfy himself that the boiler is fit to be worked at the maximum pressure and for the period entered in the provisional order.

The fact of issue of provisional order must be reported immediately to the Chief Inspector.
