Section 45: Refund of fees

The Rajasthan Boilers Rules,1954State Rules of Rajasthan · 1923

Fees paid in excess and fees paid for an inspection which for any reason not due to any fault or omission of the owner or person incharge of the boiler has not made, shall be refunded if a refund is applied for within one year from the date of payment.
