Section 59: Presence of inspector

The Rajasthan Boilers Rules,1954State Rules of Rajasthan · 1923

In all appeals the Chief Inspector shall decide whether the presence of the inspector is necessary, and shall issue orders accordingly.

@[Under orders of the Chief Inspector, an inspector shall attend before the Chief Inspector or the appellate authority, during the hearing of an appeal with regard to a boiler under his charge.]
