Section 21: Authorities of the University

The Career Point University, Kota Act, 2012State Act of Rajasthan · Act 13 of 2012

The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- 9¼50½ jktLFkku jkt&i= ebZ 2] 2012 Hkkx 4 ¼d½ 50

(i) the Board of Management;

(ii) the Academic Council;

(iii) the Faculties; and

(iv) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
