(4) Chief Electrical Inspector or an Inspector may serve an orden: of such Inspection to:any. Licensee; consumer; ‘owner or Occupier, 2 <directing him to comply: with the specified rule or regulation and the person so served shall - thereupon comply: with the order within ~'a périod of 45:days, and report it in writing to the Inspector;
