Where the holder of a licence has been convicted of an offence under section 7 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (Central Act No. 37 of 1952) or under section 8 of this Act or for the commission of any offence under the Rajasthan Entertainments and Advertisements Tax Act, 1957 (Act No. 24 of 1957), the licence may be revoked by the licensing authority.
