Section 50: Fire precautions in the enclosure

(1) Two liquid chemical extinguishers 2[one fire extinguisher using carbon tetrachloride acid] one bucket of sand, two buckets of water and a damp blanket shall be kept inside the enclosure.

A large sponge shall be kept in one of the buckets of water. One liquid chemical extinguisher shall also be kept immediately outside the enclosure.

(2) No smoking shall at any time be permitted within the enclosure or the auditorium.
