Section 54: Inspection of touring cinematographs

The Rajasthan Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1959State Rules of Rajasthan · 2023

(1) Touring cinematographs used for giving public exhibitions shall be brought for the purposes of inspection by the Electric Inspector to a town where a licence under the Act has been granted once in every three years.

(2) If after such inspection the Electric Inspector is satisfied that a touring cinematograph is without danger to the public he shall issue a certificate to this effect.
