11(2) The existing fee structure as per part-V (Licence and other fee Rule 67) The Rajastahan Cinema (Regulation) Rules, 1959 in Rajasthan State Shall be amended as a. A separate Feee of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) for permanent cinma(in case of Multiplex cinema, Rs 2000/- Rupees two thousand only) per screeen & b. Rs 1500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) for semi Electrical Fitness Certificate. Fee shall be paid in form of Demand Draft in favour of Senior Electrical Inspector, Electrical Inspector/Assistant Electrical Inspector as case may be as -Fee for Inspection of Cinemas."
The Licence shall apply three months in advance before the expiry of Electrical Fitness Certificate for Regnant/Renewal to Senior Electrical Inspector in case of Multiplex cinema. Juridictional Electrical Inspector in case of permanent cinema, concerned are / District Assistant Electrical Inspector in case of semi permanent and shall forward.
a. Copies of COC permits of cinema operators endorsed to the cinema theatre.
b. Earth test results of all the electordes.
c. Name plate detail of all the cinematorgraphic equipments.
d. Type "approval certificate of DG set manufacture".
e. Enclose original receipt for Rs 2000/- for permanent cinema(in case of Multiplex cinema Rs 2000/- per screen shall be taken) and Rs 1500/- for semi permanent cinema After the inspection and after satisfying himself that the installation is in general conformity with the i.e. Rules, 1956 and the Rajasthan Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1959 the Inspecting office shall be recommend to the next higher authority for renewal and issuance Electrical Fitness Certificate further period of one year.
In case the installation is not in general conformity with the Rules and Acts there - under observations will be issued to the applicant in order to bring the Installation in general conformity with the Rules. Upon receipt of the compliance report from the applicant for having rectified all the defects through his licensed Electrical contractor it will be verified and recommended for issuing Electrical Fitness Certificate by the inspecting officer to his next higher authority and the Electrical Certificate will be renewed under intimation to the Licening Authority Part VI Operators And Apprentices
