Section 7: Application for renewal

The Rajasthan Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1959State Rules of Rajasthan · 2023

An application for the renewal of 1[a triennial] license shall be made at least 2[sixty days] before the date of the expiry of the existing license:

Provided that if the application for renewal is made after the prescribed date that s licensing authority may renew the license on payment of 3[an additional fee of Rs. 25/-besides the fee payable under rule 67.]
