Section 1: Short title, commencement and extent

The Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001State Act of Rajasthan · Act 16 of 2002

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification1 in the Official Gazette, appoint.
