Section 106: Certifying copies of entries in books

The Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003State Rules of Rajasthan · 2002

(1) For the purposes specified in section 114, a copy of an entry in the books of a co-operative society regularly kept in the course of its business shall be certified :- 170

(a) by the Chairman or the Chief Executive Officer of the Society and shall also bear the society's seal, or

(b) by the liquidator where an order has been passed under section 63, appointing a liquidator of the society, or

(c) by an Administrator where an order has been passed under section 30, appointing administrator of the society.

(2) The charges to be levied for the supply of such certified copies shall not exceed the amounts specified in rule 112.
