Section 35: Remuneration payable to Administrator

The Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003State Rules of Rajasthan · 2002

(1) The remuneration payable to an Administrator appointed under 2[the provisions of the Act] shall be such as the Registrar may, from time to time, determine.

(2) The amount of such remuneration and the other costs, if any, incurred by the Administrator in relation to management of the cooperative society shall be payable from the funds of the society.
