Section 6: Refusal of Registration

The Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003State Rules of Rajasthan · 2002

(1) Where any proposed society does not furnish the information in regard to the society as required by the Registrar or fulfill any of the conditions laid down in the Act or these rules, the Registrar may refuse to register the society.

(2) If the Registrar refuses to register a co-operative society, he shall communicate the order of refusal with reasons thereof to the applicant referred to in sub-rule (4) of rule 4 by registered post.
