Section 18: Complaints

The Rajasthan Coaching Centers ( Control and Regulation) Act, 2025State Act of Rajasthan · Act 16 of 2025

A complaint may be filed before the District Committee against the coaching centre by the student, parent or tutor/employee of the coaching centre. On receipt of complaint or on receipt of reference from the Authority, the District Committee may either itself or through any of its members authorized for the said purpose by the Chairman of District Committee, shall enquire into the matter, after enquiry the District Committee may pass appropriate order within thirty days from the date of receipt of complaint:

Provided that no order imposing penalty under section 19 shall be passed without providing opportunity of hearing to the coaching centre.
