Section 20: Cancellation of registration

The Rajasthan Coaching Centers ( Control and Regulation) Act, 2025State Act of Rajasthan · Act 16 of 2025

The certificate of registration granted to the coaching centre, without prejudice to any other penal action that may be taken for violation of relevant law, at any time be cancelled, if the concerned District Committee is satisfied that the coaching centre has contravened any of the provisions of the Act or violated any of the terms and conditions subject to which the registration was granted:

Provided that, no such order shall be passed by the District Committee without giving the holder of such certificate a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
