The State Government may at any time, by notification in the 1 Official Gazette, withdraw a colony or any part of a colony from the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Act. 2 The State Government may also authorise a Collector to exercise the aforesaid powers in respect of a minor irrigation project for whole colony area or any part thereof within the local limits of the district.
