Section 1: Short title, extent and Commencement

The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment and Sale of Government Land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975State Rules of Rajasthan · 1954

(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment and Sale of Government land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975.

(2) They shall extend to the whole of Indira Gandhi Canal Colony area.

(3) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
