Section 1: Short title, Extent and Commencement

The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment and Sale of Government Land to Pong Dam Oustees and Their Transferees in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colo…State Rules of Rajasthan · 1954

(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Colonisation (allotment 1[and sale]of Government land to Pong Dam Oustees 1[and their transferees ] in the 2[Indira Gandhi] Canal Colony) Rules, 1972.

(2) They shall extend to the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony.

(3) They shall come into force on the date to be notified by the State Government.
