7. That the transferor has paid all the dues of the State Government in respect of the land described below including the price of the land, land revenue, irrigation charges, betterment levy wherever applicable.
That the transferor of the land described below has been delivered to the transferee by the transferor and ever since the land was so transferred, the transferce has been continuously cultivating the land and is in possession thereof.
