Section 12: Computation of area

Rajasthan Colonisation (Mahi Project Government Lands Allotment and Sale) Rules, 1984State Rules of Rajasthan · 1954

(1) When land held jointly by two or more persons as members of a joint family or as co-tenants, each one of them shall be deemed to be a holder of so much area of land to which he may be entitled upon partition.

(2) One acre of irrigated land shall be deemed to be equal to two acres of uncommand or Barani land.
