Section 14: Allotment to displaced agriculturists

The Rajasthan Colonisation (Medium and Minor Irrigation Projects Government Lands Allotment) Rules, 1968State Rules of Rajasthan · 1954

(1) So far as possible, land of the same quality and value as may have been acquired from a particular displaced agriculturist shall be allotted to him.

(2) Any claims remaining unsatisfied due to paucity of land may be satisfied by payment of cash compensation.
