Section 4: Inspection of Cyber Cafes

Rajasthan Cyber Cafe Rules 2007State Rules of Rajasthan · 2000

(1) Police authorities may inspect Cyber Cafes at all reasonable time to ensure compliance of these rules.

(2) If any Cyber Cafe Owner/Network Service Provider fail to maintain the Log register and records, he shall be liable for penalties as provided in the Act or any other Law, for the time being in force.
