Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

DMFT Rules 2025.06.12State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan District Mineral Foundation Trust Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall extent to whole of the State of Rajasthan and shall apply to all minerals.

(3) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
