Section 14: Operation of the trust fund

DMFT Rules 2025.06.12State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

(1) The trust fund shall be kept in interest bearing unified PD account opened in the name of the trust in the treasury and account shall be operated under the joint signatures of the Chairperson and Treasury Officer or any authorized member of the Managing Committee.

(2) The Managing Committee shall maintain the books of account of such funds.
