Section 23: Annual report

DMFT Rules 2025.06.12State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

(1) Every year, within three months from the date of closure of the financial year, the trust shall cause to prepare an annual report on its activities for the respective financial year and place it before the trust.

(2) The annual report shall be submitted to the Government within one month from the date of its approval by the trust and shall also be hosted on the website of the trust.

(3) The annual report of each trust shall be laid before the State Legislative Assembly.
