Section 30: Grievance redressal

DMFT Rules 2025.06.12State Rules of Rajasthan · 1957

(1) The trust shall devise and implement a grievance redressal mechanism so that each grievance is redressed, and a suitable reply is given to the complainant within thirty days of making a complaint to the District Magistrate or any other officer as may be authorised.

(2) The Government may, on receipt of any complaint/public grievance shall ensure each grievance is redressed by the trust and a suitable reply is given to the complainant within the stipulated time frame.
