Section 25: Disqualification for membership of an authority

THE Dr. K. N. Modi University, Newai (Tonk) ACT, 2010State Act of Rajasthan · Act 8 of 2010

A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities of the University, if he -

(a) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court;

(b) is an undischarged insolvent;

(d) is conducting or engaging himself in private coaching classes; or

(e) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any e xamination, in any form, anywhere.
