Section 20: Processes in Pending Matters Under the Code

The Rajasthan Electronic Processes (Issuance, Service and Execution) Rule 2024State Rules of Rajasthan · 2023

Nothing in these rules shall be deemed to limit the powers of the Courts to generate and direct service or execution of processes under these rules, in pending matters governed by the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
