Every process issued in form of electronic communication under the Sanhita shall ordinarily be in Hindi, written in Devnagri Script and shall be in an encrypted or any other form of electronic communication and shall bear the image of the seal of the Court and digital signature. The Court may however direct the process to be issued in English language, if deemed expedient.
