Section 9: Repeal and Saving

Rajasthan Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1970State Act of Rajasthan · Act 22 of 1970

- (1) The Rajasthan Essential Services Maintenance (Amendment) Ordinance, 1982 (Ordinance 1 of 1982) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the principal Act as amended by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the Principal Act as amended by this Act.
