Section 2: Definitions

The Rajasthan Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Rules, 2006State Rules of Rajasthan · 2005

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires;

(a) "Act" means the Rajasthan Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2005 (Act No. 7 of 2005);

(b) “Committee” means the Public Expenditure Review Committee constituted under section 8 of the Act;

(c) "Form" means a form appended to these rules;

(d) "Section" means a section of the Act;

(e) Words and expressions used but not defined herein shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.

3. Medium Term Fiscal Policy Statement - The Medium Term Fiscal Policy Statement, as required under sub-section (2) and (3) of section 5 of the Act, shall be in Form F-1.
