Section 6: Measures to enforce compliance & review report

The Rajasthan Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Rules, 2006State Rules of Rajasthan · 2005

Compliance with the targets in section 6 of the Act will be automatically ensured with the six-monthly reviews of trends in receipts and expenditure, as mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 9 of the Act. The review report shall be compiled in Form RR-1.
