Section 27: Protection of action taken in good faith

The Rajasthan Flood Plain Zoning Act, 1990State Act of Rajasthan · Act 15 of 1997

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any Authority or person exercising any power or performing any duty under this Act for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or an Order made there under.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or Order made there under.
