Section 9: Monitoring of disposal of the grievances received by the District Grievance Redressal Officer

(1) The District Grievance Redressal Officer shall furnish a monthly report by the 7th day of every month to the department through the Additional Food Commissioner regarding the disposal of grievances in Form-2.

(2) The Additional Food Commissioner shall furnish a monthly report by the 20th day of every month to the Central Government through the Secretary to Government in-charge of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department regarding the disposal of grievances in Form-3.
