Where, by any Rajasthan law, a power to issue or make any notification, order, scheme, rule, regulation, form or bye-law is conferred, then the expressions used in the notification, order, scheme, rule, regulation, form or bye-law shall, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, have the same respective meanings as in the Rajasthan law conferring the power.
