Section 26: Composition and functions of the faculties

The Govind Guru Tribal University , Banswara Act , 2012State Act of Rajasthan · Act 31 of 2012

(1) There shall be such faculties in the University as may be prescribed by the Statutes.

(2) Each faculty shall consist of the following:-

(a) Dean of the Faculty - Chairman;

(b) University professors of the subjects assigned to the Faculty;

(d) two external experts nominated by the Academic Council 30[;and] 31[(e) one Post-graduate College Principal and one Postgraduate Department Head in each subject of the Faculty from affiliated colleges, nominated by the State Government.]

(3) The Faculty shall perform such functions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
