Section 52: Repeal and savings

The Govind Guru Tribal University , Banswara Act , 2012State Act of Rajasthan · Act 31 of 2012

(1) The Rajiv Gandhi Tribal University, Udaipur Ordinance, 2012 (Ordinance No. 9 of 2012) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under this Act.
