Section 31: Confirmation

Rajasthan Ground Water Service Rules,1969State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1969 of 2023

A probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of his period of probation if:

(a) he has passed the departmental examination and has successfully undergone such training as the Government may, from time to time, specify;

(b) he has passed departmental test of proficiency in Hindi;

(c) the Appointing Authority is satisfied that his integrity is unquestionable and that he is otherwise fit for confirmation.

31A.- Notwithstanding anything contained in Rule 32, a probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of his period of probation even if the prescribed Departmental Examination/Training/Proficiency test in Hindi, if any, are not held during the period of probation laid down in the rules provided:

(i) he is otherwise fit for confirmation and the

(ii) period of probation expired on or before the date of publication of this amendment in the Rajasthan Rajpatra.
