Section 5: Constitution of the Service

Rajasthan Ground Water Service Rules,1969State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1969 of 2023

The Service shall consist of –

(a) All persons holding substantively, at the commencement of these rules, the posts specified in the Schedule; and

(b) All persons appointed to the Service after such commencement in accordance with the provisions of these Rules except those appointed under Rule 27.
