Section 17: Photographs

Rajasthan Habitual Offenders Rules, 1955State Rules of Rajasthan · 1953

(1) Photographs of the habitual offender shall wherever practicable be obtained in the following, namely:-

(a) The register in form No. 1.

(b) The personal sheet in form No. 7.

(c) The identification record in form No. 10; and

(d) The identity card in form No. 11.

(2) The [Registered] offender concerned shall allow himself to be photographed for the purpose mentioned above.
