Section 19: Bodily measurements

For the purposes of the filling up of the personal sheet in form No. 7, the identification record in form No. 10 and like, a [Registered offender] whose name is for the time being contained in the register shall allow his body to be measured and bodily mark to be noted. But no woman shall be subjected to such proceeding except by a woman and with strict regard to decency.
